With over a decade of leadership, he has facilitated IPOs, M&As, and valuations for renowned companies like Chennai Super Kings and One97 Communications.

Shilpa Kanodia, a Chartered Accountant with over 13 years of experience, is currently the Executive Director at Corpwis Advisors. She has expertise in accounting, auditing (internal and statutory), taxation (direct and indirect), and statutory compliances for SEBI, NBFCs, and listed companies. Shilpa has managed teams of over 20 professionals, conducted audits for renowned companies like Marico, Asian Paints, and Cadbury, and handled income tax scrutiny matters. She also specializes in financial analysis, forensic accounting, and tax planning.
